    It is not Aged (1 year old only, doesn't matter if it was dropped before )
    It is not Authority domain (DA 1 which the default for registered domains)
    It is not a premium domain (it is .info! and long)
    It has ZERO backlinks
    It has ZERO traffic (HTF will i monetize it with adsense if it is not getting traffic)
