    This domain is fake and it really is not that difficult to check guys.

    Go to Google and search for info:LAANEESTI.INFO

    If you look at the results you will see that the website which comes up is lmv.ee which is the PR6 from which LAANEESTI.INFO is drawing its apparent PR. In other words the PR for LAANEESTI.INFO is being deliberately faked and this seller is trying to defraud you.

    You will note that he is also selling CAPITOLCHRISTMASTREE.US which again is a fake PR6 domain and is drawing its PR from capitolchristmastree2009.org

    Add this seller to your own personal 'Black List' and let's see if we can start cleaning up this forum folks!

    It's not nice to deceive and steal from people, I'm sure you wouldn't appreciate it if it happened to you Mr. Seller, right?

    Here are the facts - The PageRank belongs to the following page: http://www.lmv.ee/

    The real value of this domain is whatever an individual may value it based on the name and REAL Data which is a 1 DAY old domain with PR 0 and NO Alexa ranking. If you like it maybe due to the name or similar then buy it, BUT, buy it based on the facts, not what you have been mis-lead to believe by this seller - it's Not a PR 6. Good job DPrs on flushing these mis-leaders out, I myself got burned once and it wasn't very pretty. At least this seller isn't asking hundreds of dollars which is what a Real PR 6 would be worth. -

    All you have to do is set a redirect up to a domain name which has pagerank, wait, then the pagerank gets cached from that domain to the other making it seem like it has pagerank. You'll know for sure it is faked, when you look the domain up on Google and the domain shows up some other website with exactly the same pagerank.

    Besides what would you do with a domain like that anyway?
