    Let's see here, copyright year is wrong, it's on a free theme which makes me think the owner doesn't want to invest in the web directory. Most PR6 web directories have custom templates or custom features. Seems like the thread creator looking for some fast money and thinking some people will get fooled into spending money on this poor directory.

    The titles and descriptions on the listings need to be edit and written much better. Internet archive can show us more info about this domain's past. https://web.archive.org/web/20061211215050/http://www.web-directory24.com/
