http://www.sufficed.com/ is a paid and reciprocal link directory. Homepage is PR6. Their cost is fairly cheap for a PR6 and they offer free listings for reciprocal links on your home page.

Prices have been lowered to $15 for featured links and $5 for regular links and free for reciprocal links.

I think that it is a bit hypocritical to advertise that the site is a PR6 and then to have rel="nofollow" in your links. It wouldn't stop me from buying a link, but it would be nice to know about rel="nofollow" up front.

Those links with nofollow are links that did not pay anything to get listed. All other links "reciprocal, regular, and featured" get dofollow.

Most of the free links submitted are crap and get denied so I put a stop to the free links all together. Of course most of the reciprocal links are crap too but occasionally there is a good one so I keep that option.

It was a headache denying all the crap sites.

Yeah good pr6 directories are pretty rare these days. Thanks for the tip.

Yes, I noticed how few directories there are that have higher PR. I read somewhere that google went through and penalized a bunch of directories a few months back for selling PR or something like that. I don't know how google expects people to make a living online if they keep penalizing people.

It's like google thinks you're not allowed to get rich unless you are already rich to begin with. If they keep it up, the internet will be just like the outside world. GENERIC.

    fastreplies,

Thats all good what you're trying to do but here's the truth.

The site was a Bible study website that I have had for around 3 years. It didn't make any money to speak of so I turned it into a directory. I already own 4 directories and took one of my directories databases and uploaded that directory into this new directory's database. So now I have a few links for content.

The site is a PR6 but sinse the site is completely different, google is de-indexing all the old Bible pages and re-indexing the new directory pages. This is causing PR fluctuations I am sure. In a few months the PR will go back to normal once google re-indexes the site.

So, wether the PR is 6 or 0 right now, it was a 6 when I posted this. So I am sorry. I didn't think it would lose PR from changing the site. As far as quality, I am only allowing quality sites in the directory right now. the other sites were already in the database when I built it.

    eyezshine, my man

PR is least of my quarrelsome because I know how it can drop overnight from 6 to 4 as it happened with AMRAY Directory. What is bothering me that your Editorial Integrity regardless where that DB was hosted before is sucks and you need to take your time to fix it.

I hope you know what is the difference between animosity and honesty and take my criticism constructively.

    fastreplies,

I understand completely. I had my daughter accepting and declining links for money which is why some crap got into the database. I will eventually go through the database and delete the crap, once some good links move in. I just wanted to have a little content in the directory so I wouldn't have a thousand categories with nothing in them.

Google has already indexed some of the categories and they are getting some traffic already so that is good.
