    Includes domain and directory source code, of course.

    I'll make this through an auction. Bids start at US$500.0
    I reserve the right to sell it to the winner if I don't feel comfortable with the final offer.

    Auction ends Monday, February 5 2007, 16.00 (GMT -5)
    - I have no traffic stats, the site hasn't been active

    It has a link from a PR7 site, I intend to keep that link for at least one year after the directory is sold.

    To be fair alot of sites are showing 0 PR on some DC's at the moment.

    seobeglobal - how long has that PR7 link been in place & how will you guarantee it stays?

    As I said, the link will be there for at least one year after the site is sold.
    So, to sum up, I'm selling a PR6 site/domain which will keep its pagerank for at least one year, a directory script ready to start working for a Real State business.
    I could work on it and get some dollars, but I don't really have the time to do that, you know how time consuming is to manage a directory.
    I think the price is very cheap, considering that a PR6 link can be rented for at least US$250/month. I expect to sell it for way more than US$500.0.
    Thanks to all of you for the questions and the interest.. let's continue.

    I guarantee the link on the PR7 site will stay because I'm the webmaster of that site :)
