Here's another list of free directories that you can sort by PR. Or use the search to get general directories (or your niche) that have PR6 and are free.

the main directory lists have been provided as far as i can see, however one should note that in many cases the page rank of the directories changes/is not kept up to date in some of the lists, so if you go to use them you might want to double check that aspect if it's important to you
