    Due to another large project i'm interested in selling a site, as the title says it has a PR6 and numerous PR5/4 pages and receives roughly 70,000 Uniques per month.

    The front end is running a Wordpress blog, and it also has a vBulletin forum (PR6 and every category is PR5, many threads are PR5) and all content is unique.

    Niche: Webmaster Related

    Revenue: None, i have not even attempted to monetize it but with that kind of traffic and Pagerank it would not be hard.

    Age: Created on Sep. 02, 2008 and Expires on Sep. 02, 2009 (Yes it got PR6 in 23 days, and would of probably gone PR7 had the update not happen so soon.)

    It's been linked from many high profile sites such as TheRegister.co.uk, eWeek.com, ComputerWorld.com, ZDNet.fr, Mashable.com, NetworkWorld.com etc.

    Keywords: As many of you know, i've ranked #4 for "SEO" on Google.com so this site has had a "ton" of SEO work which would otherwise cost many thousands of dollars. So you can be sure you are getting a highly optimized site, with the best chance for rankings as it grows.

    In the 26 days this month, the site has been found by 9,645 different keyphrases. The site has 646 indexed pages, and 37,257 backlinks in Yahoo.

    The site has some pretty unique content/tools that no other site has.

    The forum is running vBulletin and vBSEO, which unfortunately are unable to be transferred so the buyer will need to have these. However you will get everything except licenses, along with the vBSEO settings as the URL's are quite unique. I can also help transfer the site, to the new owner and the domain is at Godaddy.
