Hi friends, i want to sell my website www.skincarehelp.co.in which contains one PR5 page, 7 PR4 page and couple of PR2 pages. The domain www.skincarehelp.co.in is PR4 and one page www.skincarehelp.co.in/home-remedies-for-skin-care is PR5 and has rest seven PR4 pages and couple of PR2 pages. The website receive only upto 100 visitor's from google but you can use it purely for backlinking purposes. The website has solid baklinks, 250 plus backlinks noticed by google(proof attached) and still some links not indexed by google.
Here is how i made $1050 last month from it..
PR5-1 page(each backlink easily sells at $25 by putting OBL limit to 10)= $25*10= $250 from single PR5 page

Pr4-7 pages(each backlink easily sell at $10 by putting OBL limit to 10)=$10*10*7 pages=$700

PR2-2 pages(each backlink easily sells at $5 by putting OBL limit to 10)=$5*10*2 pages= $100

TOTAL= $250+$700+$100=$1050
