PR5 Webmaster Blog : 1+ years old blog

    The blog is over 1 year old and is currently a PR5.

    I want to sell the site as I am not able to spend anytime on it at all.

    I have not logged into the site even once this month which is very sad.

    This site was making $200 consistently till one month back .

    I need a quick sale and so would start the bidding at $500 only. Increments of $25 and the BIN price will be $1200.

    The auction will end in 48 hrs and payment must be via PayPal.

    PS: I can provide various proofs but for the low price the age and content itself should be enough.

    How much earnings is the site generating now, and why this sudden drop? Also would like to know if the site has used Google AdSense before?

    Anyways can i have revenue and traffic proof please and can you tell me what the forms of revenue your blog was making?

    The blog was making money via -

    1. Paid posts
    2. Link sales
    3. TLA

    Income has dropped because I have not been able to spare any time for this site at all. I have given some proof of how this site was doing a month or two back.

    The site still makes about $75-80 from TLA and link sales. Even at 10x income it still means that the blog is easily worth $750 at existing income levels.

    A few more important points -
    1. I will transfer the hosting account to your name.
    2. Domain is at GoDaddy.
    3. Existing links on the site have to remain. The links under Partners can be removed (note that some links are paid via subscriptions)
    4. There are few blog posts coming up. So for the first few days you do not need to worry about writing content.
    5. I can also write posts whenever we get time. We can work out an understanding for that.
