PR5 Webhosting Information Site: 4,000 Pages, tons of content

I am thinking about selling my site, http://www.webhostingfind.net

I just do not have as much time as I once did to solicit for advertising.

• The site has 4,000 pages, and the content on the front-page is connected to a feed so it automatically updates.
  
• The flash, logo, and overall design/css are all unique (made by me).
  
• The site has a built-in script that lets you control Adsense, Yahoo Ads, and Amazon ad distribution on different parts of the page on every part of the site.
• Built-in Text-Ad/Banner ad management system
  
• There is also an advertising page that lets people sign up via paypal for ads themsevles: http://www.webhostingfind.net/advertising.htm

Let's start the bidding at $50 dollars, just because I am curious about the demand. I might add a BIN price if I see some action.
