    - It must PR5 valid
    - You must verify the ownership
    - More than 2/3 years old
    - More than 1000 backlinks
    - I prefer on .com only with good spelling

    what is your budget, i have a domain with 1000+ backlinks but the budget is $500+

    Let's me know, under budged will not get you PR5 with huge backlinks
