The site is loosing traffic for some reason...not sure why, but sales have been consistant throughout so I think better advertising and SEO than I've performed will make a difference. I own some other sites that draw most of my attention so I haven't persued the sales as much as the development.

Total customers since January - 212 (switched to a new cart system then)
    Sales in October - 23
    Sales in November - 17

I rank 14 in MSN, 4 in Google, 6 in Yahoo and 6 in Altavista for the keywords "flash chat room".

There is considerable goods that come with this site in terms of licenses and the actual script itself. I'm not basing the sale price on income alone.

Wow, I wonder what the going rate for a PR5 or Pr6 site would be. I imagine it would be expensive. Quite a few webmasters spend at least 2 years trying to get such a high PR. Some websites spend much longer and never attain these numbers.

I know I've been working my ass off for about 10 months, and I'm only showing PR3. I hope to show Pr4 at the next update. I know if only one PR6 site would give me an index page link, I could probably jump up quite a bit in one shot. Finding such a relevant and high PR site that would give me such a link (for free) is perhaps nearly impossible. There are very few selfless acts done for PR these days.
