Just a follow up note:

After consulting with several people I have been advised that I should not sell the user database with the website as this would leave me open to potential legal action. So the site is as described, but I am unable to also sell the database of users currently subscribed to the site.

I didnt refer to it in the original post my friend. It was an error on my part because I just assumed Id be selling the database of registree's with the site.....but I have been advised by numerous people that doing that would leave me open to some potentially nasty legal repercussions (because I never had the foresight to have a privacy policy or anything like that when ppl signed up) *sigh*
