    yes, unless you have warned the buyers the site might be sold.

    How does it make sense to buy life long links and after a few months selling the site.

    That is not honest and not fair.

    I think you should refund him.

    Please see Tufans comment above. As a new buyer of the site, I do not have to honor any pre-existing commitments (unless that income was shared, which it was not) but as part of the agreement, I will honor the pre-sale commitment made to Tufans. Please see my comments above. Thanks
