    I am seeing the domain as a PR0 : Check here.
    Also it is not index in Google: Check here

    I also checked a couple of the backlinks and I cannot find any links back your your url.

    Please explain?

    Do'n't know why the pr on that site is 0. Check on all the other websites and you will find pr5. ie:
    http://digpagerank.com/index.php?url=www.fattaxfacts.org&dc=18

    This is a pr5 backlink to this website: http://www.definitiveink.com/
    So I think you didn't search good enough. Off course some backlinks can also be deleted. One of them is a pr7 backlink you can find trough google but that one is deleted.
