After thinking about it for quite sometime, I've finally decided to sell my Number one revenue earner.

The blog is considered as an authority by google for the Indian stock market niche. I have for long wanted to expand the blog to cover the world stock markets or atleast the BRIC economies.

However, since most of my time goes into my real estate business, I have very little time to spend on my blogs and websites. This is why I have decided to sell my Number 1 blog.

The Blog is on auto pilot. I have 2 college students (studying commerce) writing articles. I have a 2 member SEO team which does SEO for all my websites. Of late I've been using them for link building and traffic generation for third party websites as well.

My job has been to make sure that the content posted is original. I pay the content writers $100 per month for each of them and $50 per month for the SEO guys. You can continue using the services of these 2 article writers. Believe me, they do a very good job. You can also write content yourself or hire some other person to do it, if you want to.

The site runs on my VPS and uses a bandwidth of around 40 GB per month. I can continue to host it for 3 months from the auction closing date, free of cost. The domain is with directi, and will be transferred to the buyer's directi account, free of cost.

1) The mailing list, which has 4000 subscribers. I will send 1 email per month selling affiliate products and will keep the entire commission/revenue arising out of it.
2) A page which sells automatic trading systems and lets analysts showcase their products for a fee. I will give the buyer 50% revenue arising from this. I expect a revenue of $2000 per month from this service. (I'm in the process of creating this page. The page is under construction with 50% work completed)

If the price decided through auction is less than $25,000, I will give a $2000 discount if the buyer allows me access to the above mentioned services.

Revenue of $2000 per month is entirely through adsense. Haven't tried other monetising options yet.
