The BIN was determined by the income as is...With anything though the value is subjective. (The Coop weight probably adds to the value)

It uses a Biz Directory script so you could add revenue streams using Mods like www.kingbloom.com has

I am open to offers over $1000 although the BIN would take it instantly (I won't decide on offers for a day or two)

Like any site, it depends on what you are going to do with it....Personally, I think with the size of the database, you could make a decent amount back just selling copies of that. Again, its up to the buyer.
