    I have a site up for sale. I recently acquired the domain, developed a site for it, and plan to list it for a 'public' auction in the next 2 weeks.

    So why a PM Auction now?

    As it is PR5 it will undoubtedly be crawled soon, once the new pages are indexed it will be more valuable.

    BIN: $225--Most likely today only as I will be unavailable soon.

    The Price is very reasonable as I intend to sell it for much more in the weeks to come. (If it does not sell through PM)

    Hey I have a PR4 site too for $225 and the theme is earthquake, geography.

    More importantly, the site is old and active since 2003 ;)

    You must be knowing, old sites have a better value :)
