    Some questions that I think would benefit us all in the thread-

    How old is the site?
    Do you write the blog posts and do the videos? If so, would you be prepared to stay on as a part time blogger?
    A lot of the sites backlinks are from various forums it seems, like DP. Will these remain?

    They probably got limited by google for the PR queries. Anyway, I'd buy this site if it was PR0, just because it has nice traffic, backlinks and revenue.

    The sooner the PR chasers go away the better.
