PR5 Real Estate Directory - Listings 2 Clicks From Home

I have a real estate directory where all listings are two clicks from home. The directory is a pr5 and the listing pages are pr3.

There are two types of submissions:
1. Non reciprocal, you link to one of my related sites from a cached static page no more than two clicks from home with no more than 50 links per page. (the link text is generated on the submission page)
2. Sponsored, $20 annually with no link back and your link is placed twice (a regional page one click from home and a category page two clicks from home)
