    depends on the backlinks you could have 2 pr7's and possibly get pr5 , pr travels through links so the higher pr links you get the less links you will need.

    It also helps for those links to be relevent too

    Nobody know the correct answer. Anyway, keep building backlinks and try to get some links from high PR pages.
