If you switch the www. on and off you'll see different results at different places...it's definitely valid if you check the above...

As for the pagerank prediction on iwebtools...it doesn't say it's PR0, it says you need to have at least 100 backlinks for it to predict which it doesn't have. You'll find that same result with all domains with less than 100 backlinks.

 

Yep, your right, with 'www' its a pr0, without 'www' its a valid pr5.

You guys are harsh to work with...PLEASE only post about validity if you can show that the PR is not valid. As in, it's a redirect, or something.

I will gladly change or stop the sale of any PR domain that is shown to be forged.

I backordered GreatStates and captured it (yes, a day or two ago) so it shows as very new. It is also not in Google's cache, which means it will read as forged in some checkers. You have to know which ones to use to check for certain things about the domain.

For instance, SEOLogs (the fake pagerank checker) shows this:

So, once you get the domain back in Google's cache, it will be fine. I'll be glad to help anyone do this (it just takes a few links from sites that get crawled regularly) if they want.

I wouldn't suggest buying a domain strictly for the PR, despite the fact that I'm selling all PR domains. Any domain you buy to develop you will build on, this PR that gets kept for a while serves only as a jump start. True, some jump start you better than others, but you've got to look at the name and think if it is truly what you want.

Also, if it were only for the backlinks, why not buy one of bestpro's bargain basement PR4's? Aha! You like the name
