    are those dropped domains?

i've been seeing a lot of people picking up dropped domains and charging 3x-6x what they paid for and that was reg fee

and i have to agree with katro that those type of PR4 wouldnt be worth that high, PR isnt always what makes a good domain a good domain you know :/

@phantom : i dont think he gave an appraisal, it was just an opinion on how the guy overpriced his domains

Before posting you need to check whether these are dropped domains. Dropped domains can be fetched for 17-23$ perhaps. But all the above domains are never dropped.
However a domains pricing is always set by the seller. If a buyer needs it , he may buy it or just ignore this post. And I think all the prices above are just right.
In fact I am a regular seller and I am getting these prices always.
Hence if I need an appraisal I will post these in Appraisal section in dp itself.
And thankyou Phantomddl for your comment.
    Thanks

then that was probably a bad infraction, i didnt mean to flame on anyone but it was just a matter of agree or not

i never accused this of dropped domains - it would be easier to list when the domain was expired and to be honest before selling, and i dont mean to ruin your thread - just that i've seen many people try to benefit by grabbing dropped domain for $8 and then sell for $80 - especially around the PR update when the PR can get lost

and i got confused when u said expiry in 1 year lol - i've checked backlinks and i'll wait til after the PR update to see if any of your domains are still available and see if i can put a use to them - i have my eye on one of them, wont say which cuz someone else might buy just to tease me loL :)

    good luck!
