    I'm leaving to backpack in a couple of weeks and would really like to get this site sold.

    Still gets around 2500 -> 4000 unique visitors per month, very highly rated in Google for many searches, some very good backlinks.

    Site has never been banned by adsense, site makes minimal revenue. Site and domain over 1 year old.

    You need a decent iTrader. Already had a few dodgy scammers try and buy it. Would suit people who have sites about gadgets / mobile phones and stuff like that.
