    Hey all,

    I'm moving to Europe in a month and am looking to sell my PR5 Tech Blog. The site is focused on a specific gadget with a very large community.

    The site receives around 4000 unique visitors per month, and serves around 6000 -> 10000 pages per month.

    Site is running a custom coded CMS, and ranks very highly in Google for its topic (in most cases #1)

    I don't particularly want to sell it but id rather see the site grow and not just sit there neglected.

    Look for around $800 -> $1500.

    You'll get the site + another domain I purchased for it but never developed, plus I will continue posting new on the site for the next 3 months.
