I've had it for over 3 years. Used it for awhile for a design firm.

    Bid or buy it now.

don't ask what the url is. It's on the top of the page...

will include 2 other domains free to go with it.

would love to see what you guys are using to come to this conclusion. I'm using 8 seo power sites and they're all reporting 5. And 6 of them are the most commonly used and recommended on DP.

    that google url is old.

and on checkpagerank.com it comes up as "forged" because it was pointing to a old nameserver. I love how how peeps think they know what they're talking about when they have no idea.

    Tell you what, don't bid.

I'm just trying to sell a domain. A buyer will investigate wisely and when they do they will see it's valid or invaild and not from just one check site. btw http://www.build-reciprocal-links.com/fake-rank-checker/index.htm uses the checkpagerank.com script so it's going to be the same....

As I said, don't bid or not until you know what you're bidding for...

BUT, you trying to sell a domain by being untruthful - potential buyers need to be warned.

The PR is fake - check the two tools I linked to above.

The Google Toolbar reports PR5 (because it been faked)-- the "8 SEO power sites" only report the toolbar data.

Look at it this way: How many backlinks are their to the site? Can you explain how a site with just ONE mediocre backlink gets a PR of 5:
    http://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/search?p=http://www.DiverseMediaInc.com&fr=sfp&bwm=i

Can you explain what there is a different site in the Google cache of the site .. thats how you fake the PR

It was pointed at a old host provider and I changed it today. Thats hard to figure out, huh.

the funny thing is i just checked your profile and most recent posts and you seem to leave a lot of the same kind of replies to people like me trying to sell domains.

listen i have no time for this it's 2:20 am where I am and probably 4pm where you are (India) and I'm just not going to argue about it.

it's ranked 5 and it reports true at 5. Your 2 links are one in the same so it comes down to only 1 site and that site is also known to not be 100%. I PAY for my analysis tools.

I'm not really worried about it nor you. 600 and something post and not one Itrader? lol I'm all set with your feedback and accusations.

So this is it for me bidders. do the work and if you think it's real bid. if not believe the guy with to much time on his hands and look elsewhere.

Doesn't worry me either, You the one trying to run a scam, not me. Anyone can check it and see that you are!

BTW - I not remotely close to being in India. I do not understand what this has to do with it anyway.

I love the way you choose to attack me and not address the issue.

Rather than attack me, care to explain how the site got a PR5 with only one mediocre backlink? - the only way that can happen is if you fake it!!

It's fake, mate. 100 seo tools can't fight with google, Info:domainname.tld. Buyers will more respect if we tell the truth. Goodluck anyway.

    Placing Bid on Fake PR5???

    http://digpagerank.com/index.php?url=www.DiverseMediaInc.com+&dc=18

    What is Fake Page Rank?

Pagerank fraud is becoming a serious problem. When someone is offering a domain name for sale, they can artificially inflate the domain's PR. It is achieved when offending domains use a 301 or 302 redirects that point their sites to sites with a high Pagerank. This is a well known trick in the SEO (Search Engine Optimization) world, but people who aren't familiar with SEO are most likely to fall for this.

Enter a domain name like [info:www.domain-A.com]in Google search. If the URL from the results is the same as the domain you entered, then its okay. However, if you see URL: http//www.domain-B.com then it's a fake.

The only thing I can think of is because it was pointing at that canceled hosting account for so long. The dns wasn't updated for over a year.

I never intentionally tried to sell this domain without being honest. I have good iTrader and have no reason to screw anyone so to the people who bashed me without knowing, thanks for making DF a friendly place , for those who agreed that is faked but didn't bash it was you guys that I looked into it for...

I was wrong and my so called "seo tools" were wrong. But I did NOT intentionally try to fake the pr myself nor sell it under that condition. Therefore the auction is canceled and I am stuck with the domain for another year.

No harm no foul. If anything I learned something educational for next time. thanks!
