Hey Guys, anyone have any idea of value for my PR5 music download domain?\

it's been a music blog (about 80 posts I believe). and a yahoo amazon store affiliate (using AOM) with over 20,000 pages indexed. I have made around $45 from Dec 1st till today via the Amazon, and $21 via adsense. So probably averaging about $40-48/month.

My thoughts are that the domain name rarity + SEO value are good... and that it's a PR5 is good. ".ws" is less good, but the revenue is decent, and the blog with 80 unique posts is pretty awesome. I'm hoping for close to $1k. Am I WAY overshooting or getting close?

Well i like the keyword domains, the ws may be a little less valued that the .com's but the revenue could determine the monetory value..

Sites have been sold at 15 month revenue and a PR 5 adds to that...

so if you earn a 100$ monthly, 1K would be a very reaonablen price

That's basically my goal, getting the site valued at a clean $1000. There have been some updates since my original post:

So I'm guessing that on the conservative side the site should be a minimum of $1,000 but maybe as much as $1350 to $2025? (based upon monthly income x's 10 to 15)

Yup, could bargain for a min 1.2K and keep a higher bin 1.5K..

With a PR 5, you would sell a lot of blog posts - DP will get you some nice paying buyers - Thats were the money is nowadays "in content links"

The .ws takes the charm away. But then also if it is an earning one then you can classify it as a revenue earning website rather then domain name alone.

12 to 18 months revenue can be a good asking price for it.
