    I have had this domain for about 6 days now and it had 25visitors in last 5days, so about 150visits/month .

    The domain is also DMOZ listed.

    You would rarely find a domain like this. I'm looking for offers of $100 & above. If i dont get the offer, i'd develop the domain my self.

    How can you sell it if you have only had it for 6 days? Isn't there a 60 day waiting period.
