i really doubt 10% of CTR in page 4

 

well, there are pr4 sites on page 3 so im sure it wont be as back as page 4 or even page 3 since this is predicted pr5. even if it does go as back as page 4, im sure people who want information will look for many websites which come in results to get the info they need. so even if not 30,000 people come to site, lets say only 10,000 people come to site. thats just 2.5% CTR and lets say about 1500 clicks come in because of those visitors, then it could still be about $3,000 per month.

Thats only traffic from search engines. slowly it should start geting traffic from other places too.

Yea right. This site is worth nothing.

1. You are "predicting" this site will be a pr5 no one knows that.
2. Even if this site is a pr5 it will be competing with other pr5's which have been around longer thus will rank higher thatn you.

I queried the word "mesothelioma" and your site wasn't even in the top 1000. Who is going to keep searching after 1000 listings?

first things first, im not selling it anymore and holding on to it.

secondly, the website is new hence only 44 indexed pages,

3rd- page4 is mostly pr4, so if mine will be a pr5, it will be above those.

4th- ofcourse the website isnt in the first 1000 becaue its still a pr0 since google hasnt updated its pageranks yet.

ive already decided not to sell this unless i get a really nice offer. thanks

 

It's worth noting now nd it will be worthing nothing even after he update unless you have some serious overhaul you think after the PR update you'll shoot up to the top? Your competitors have well established PR 5-6 and have been around longer so even if you are a pr5 and they are 4, they will most likely outrank you.

 

Waste of time arguing for something which would happen in the future.. The PR prediction tool didn't even have a 20 % success in the last update.. And if it is going to get you 4000 $-6000 $ / month you can wait for a year brother..

i do have some content on there, for some reason, it takes about 30 secs to load the homepage, dont know why, didnt do that before. the artcile pages from search engines come up immediatly though

 

Google updates its pagerank everyday, the toolbar catches up 3-4 times a year. If you don't have the traffic now, you're not going to have more of it if the Google Toolabr updates tomorrow.
