I'd suggest buyer exercise an inspection period at escrow as this will protect you. You'll need to examine this site carefully.
    I mean carefully!

Yes the current buyer that has money pending has requested 5 days for inspection. I learned one more thing. To make sure I deal with serious buyer only I should have requested $100 deposit before we proceed.

SERIOUS WARNING to all webmaster and site buyers. Asen Kovachev is a scammer and fraudster. He is dishonourable, do not do business with him. He has also told a blatant lie in his last post saying the buyer has requested 5 days for inspection. I agreed to every term, in fact I was ready to transfer $3k to him direct by paypal at my risk. He then suggested Escrow and I agreed, I agreed to everything he said, I created my escrow account tonight and confirmed everything with the seller.

Next thing I know, another buyer is in the market and my escrow contract is cancelled by this joker Asen Kovachev. Well hes picked the wrong guy to f8ck over.

Hope everyone is extra cautious, I know I like to give benefit of the doubt to people and treat them how I expect to be treated. You just cant do it.

    DP should ban him instantly.

    Regards
    Steve

EDIT, he is ignoring all my calls and not answering like a coward. So this will be geared up. It does not end here. The internet is not a shrowd behind which you can act like a PriXk and get away with it. Asen will have to learn the hard way.

Ok. I am inexperienced I will give you that. And I am not here to make enemies. But I am not a scammer. This is the history of people I had to deal with:

    1. A scammer tried to pay with a hacked account. I contacted PayPal before and after and gladly refunded the money.
    2. A person really wanted the site, after asking many questions and the screenshots AND putting money in Escrow he decided to back out due to family emergency.

Now I have people making all sorts of promises how do I know who is good for it and who is not? You know what? I go with the one that's ready to put the money in. And someone did. I did not do this to piss anybody off although regardless this is a learning experience for me. I guess next time I will just use a more structured auction type such as the ones sitepoint.com has.

Anyways. I am not here to make enemies nor scam anyone. And I am sorry if you felt I am disrespecting you. After all the escapades with many people that want the site I decided to go with the one putting the money in.

Seriously though, there are so many people on DP that promise to buy and than back out, and you cancel an auction, and the sale turns sour and the second highest bidder thinks your ripping him off when you contact him

Exactly. This has been my experience. Just to update everyone, since I don't want to make enemies, I have made amendments with the two people reimbursed huj, who was very understanding for the trouble and now thudufushi is in Escrow.
