PR5 Magx Directory is offering submissions at only $15 to any category that currently has less than 5 links. This does not include top-level submissions. Just submit your site as a regular submission with 3 deep links and paypal $15 to with the URL of your site as the email subject. It will be reviewed and accepted as long as it meets the terms. If not, your money will be refunded. There are a lot of PR5 categories with NO SITES currently. This is the chance to get PR5 links at just $15! Also, daily listings are available for August and September at just a few dollars per day. Also, if you submit a featured listing with 5 deep links (top-level submissions available), I will make it a permanant listing rather than requiring yearly payment. This is really a good deal for an "understocked" directory!
It is a pitty that the category I wanted to submit to has PR 0 otherwise I certainly submitted. Good luck with your directory.

I wouldn't worry about that much. It's true that sometimes, even directories with PR5 + don't get inner page PR for some reason, but most likely it can have PR3 or PR4 by the next update. Take this opportunity to get the deal!
