PR5 Low Maintenance Arcade Site with Revenue for Sale

Hi Guys,

I'm selling one of my Arcade sites. It has a PR5, 4160 members (5-10 new sign ups per day along with sign up information ie. email addresses) and in the last 3 months has received the following unique visits:

As you can see, we're half-way through november and on track to increase monthly uniques by about 10,000 on the last month. This is all achieved with NO advertising. You can also see the increase from September to October which indicates a slow down in new visits but still an increase.

The site has very high rankings on the search engines for a few competitive phrases - 'myspace flash games' being one of them (PM me for more details there) and current month's referrers look like this:

44.2% from direct address/bookmarks
4.5% from search engines (accounting for some 6500 uniques this month already)
51% from links from external pages - all of which are in the same field eg. myspace-layout-arcade-game related

The game codes on the site have links integrated into them so the site is always building up healthy inbound links on a natural, regular basis.

As you can see, this is a site that DOES NOT rely only on SEO to drive traffic and this is achieved, again, with no advertising expense.

It does consume quite a bit of bandwidth but I am prepared to host the site for the buyer for the remainder of the hosting package (about 9 months) and will transfer the entire account over to the buyer.

I will also push the domain to you via enom free of charge and transfer the entire hosting account to you.

In terms of revenue, over the last 3 months it has averaged :
$95 per month in google adsense revenue
$35 via text-link-ads.com

I estimate adsense revenue to increase as the unique visitors increase so this site is still very much so in its infancy.

In the last month I have experimented very briefly with MediaPlazza and tried offering users both downloadable java games for mobiles and ringtones. The ringtones had a higher success rate though the value is negligable at the moment. More experimentation would be needed to persue that avenue.

I have not experimented with YPN or any other affiliate/ad streams.

I have also not yet utilised the value of the users in the email address database - all of which can arguably be of quite a specific and highly targetable demographic - primarily because i have no experience in the area and wouldn't really know where to start

A forum would add to the community aspect of the site and would increase your potential adsense exposure if you could maintain and moderate it (I did not have the time).

You can also offer advertising on a private rate scheme - rather than 3rd party via text link ads for further (and higher) revenue.

Other notes:
The site is powered via php and mysql and there are some errors in the code and database that come from the original database not being exported into a late/new version of php properly that have had a knock on effect. Whilst the site is completely functional as it is, a look into the code on some aspects of the site will be of benefit and one example can be seen in the 'faq' section of the site.

I am looking to sell off some of my websites as my interest has gone into other projects and this is one of them! For a time this was one of my babies and has a very healthy structure and backbone and is perfect for someone looking for a good, self-sufficient online prospect with low maintenance and revenue to develop and take further.

Hosting is free for 9 months as I will host it for you. After that you can find your own host. I have a reseller account so is hard to tell the cost of hosting. It uses an average 65-80gb p/m of bandwidth though.
