PR5 link for 1 month: Really worth it?

As stated above, PR5 link for 1 month: really worth it?
(for higher PR purposes)

I see some people selling it, buying it, and i wonder: does it really worth it just to get higher PR?

I mean, $20 a month just for a link, can mess with my mind

 

It really depends on your site and what you are using it for. For me to pay for a link it would have to be a relevant site and I would have to be selling a product that made me money.

On a general manner, avoid paying for links ! That's bad practise and you could get penalised by GG for doing that!!

It's much more interesting to link exchang (3-way or even reciprocal) with some sites within your area and to set proper anchors for the links.

but i do see so may people here in DP buying PR5+ links all the time so, guess they're right in any way!?

Otherwise, why so many people buy all these links? Just for traffic?

 

Im pretty sure it's mainly for indexing and page rank purposes.
