Traffic averages about 20 uniques a day with the highest being 55 uniques/day a few days ago. All of the traffic comes from SE and direct typeins. This web site is not advertised anywhere. Now i am sure the traffic is this low because there are barely any links pointing to this web site. The previous owner of this web site didnt realy spend much time on it.

Description:
I bought this site a few weeks ago here on DigitalPoint and at that time it was pr3. I was thinking to dedicate the most of my time on this resource and make it my full-time job, but now I find it very hard and difficult for me to run it all by myself. In my opinion these types of sites should be driven by teams and i simply dont have time nor staff for this. I redesigned the site all by myself and improved the whole functionality by adding an article section and automating the site with php <? includes ?>

There are two developed sections on this site which are "Resources" (the root folder) and "Articles" (articles folder). Before i bought the site, the root was all hand coded, simple html. I rewrote the pages in php and implemented global header and footer for all the pages on the site. Now it works perfect and doesnt take that much time to add/delete a menu item.

The "Articles" section is powered by not so famous (yet) ArticleScript.org software which is also written in php/mysql. I payed $10 for this cool script and so far i am happy with it. All the articles you see there right now were gathered by me from various article databases around the internet. The categories were all created by me, not copied from anywhere else. I developed a custom skin for this script and now "Articles" section looks just like the rest of the web site. This is one of the first skins for ArticleScript available on the market today. You can monetize by selling the skin if you want. I also wrote up some additional pages to the article script, these are custom mods which cant be found even on the official support forum. If you are familiar with the script, you will see all fo the customs right away.

Honestly, i spent tremendous amounts of time perfecting the design of this website and i am so sad to let this web site just go like this. I realy hope the new owner will take special care of this one of a kind resource site.

The big + are:
1. In these few weeks of my ownership i managed to get a DMOZ listing in a PR5 category. Now this means you have a lifetime PR5 for this web site even if you wont have any other inbound links. I am realy glad that i got accepted in such a short period of time and this sale is by no means based on its DMOZ listing!
2. The PR is 5 that means $ for links.
3. Keyword rich domain. Two keywords, easy to remember. the most popular tld
4. 14 months of age. there is a web.archive.com listing from march of 2005 to proove this.
5. I just payed $50 for 300 directory submissions a few days ago, so you should be expecting you backlink count to jump at least to 100 on the next google bl update.
6. The domain is registered until February 2007. it is a free push through GoDaddy's reseller www.urlfast.com -- the registration is fee.

Some "-" :
1. You have to have basic php knowledge to pull this site.
2. You will have to move the site by your self. I simply have no time for this.
