    I am selling www.cheaperhoster.com. I bought the site a couple weeks ago, and since then have not had any time to do anything with it, so I decided to sell it. It has a page rank of 5. I never changed the adsense code so I cannot report on the earnings but the traffic is not high. The value is mainly its page rank. I am willing to sell for $250. the domain expires Mon 06/23/2008 and there will be a free push to the new owner. Please PM me if you have any questions. The payment is through paypal.

    Yes, the site changed pr last update and a few datacenters still show 0. I will ask the last owner about the google indexation.

    You guys are hitting a datacenter with older PR data. It happens to me sometimes too. You can hit different datacenters from the same location so some days my toolbar shows PR0 and other days it's PR5. See the link I posted above with the toolbar PR from different datacenters. You'll see that PR0 is in the minority and those are the old ones.
