    Here is a Premium Directory....
http://www.sacconference.com/ is a PR5 web Directory of Quality sites....
It has a custom design, and I tried to differentiate it as much as possible from many of the standard PHP directories out there and make the categories and links at least somewha unique. There is a small charge to get listed but this will allow the directory to have a smaller index and thus pass on more PR
and traffic. The subpages do not have PR yet but they will on the next update.

    Hi,

Not sure where the pr came from?
Back link checker says 1 pr 3 link.
Is it an expired domain that you are using?

Sorry about all the question but I would like to know before spending my cash.

submitexpress.com/linkpop shows 26 backlinks but that is not the totla amount. For some reason some of the newer links are omitted including high pr (including pr6) backlinks, like at http://www.ruamnesty.org

The domain was for sale a few weeks back on sitepoint for about $100. It's 2 years old and yes...it was an expired domain.

I am also curious as to how you plan to promote the site...? For $1 a month I don't see how much you can re-invest into a successful marketing campaign. Or are you going to take advantage of the existing PR5 to get links as many submissions as you can?

Actually I plan to promote this directory(and have been intensively doing this the last 2 weeks):
Forum Signatures (already put in some of my biggest signatures on several webmaster forums)
    Paid Directory Submission
    Article writing
    linking from my own Network
blogging on free blogs and paid blog hosts

This has worked well in the past.
    Thanks for your interest!

To aswer Maverick's question, there is no BIN as the site is not for sale.
Regardin Dyn's question, my assurance is that is why I only charge $1/mo for submission, because if I want to keep those subscribers I have to work hard to maintain the pagerank....Most directories charge you for a whole year in advance.....even though pr is updated every 3 months are so. I think my small upfront fee is the fairest way, the most you could lose is $3
It makes me have to really hustle
It should be noted that during the last update that my pr6 dir 1gt.org
    maintained it's rank, as did pr5 http://www.theaets.org
and thewellnessportal.com gained as did http://www.bluelinkdir.info
