PR5 Game Related Site NOT Turnkey Adsense Rev $120+ Per Month!

    I am selling my game related site www.smbgames.com I started this site just for fun but dont have the time to do anything with it. The site is currently averaging $120+ per month with Adsense. The sites traffic comes mostly from search engine traffic from Google and Yahoo (about 70%) with the rest coming from link exchanges and direct referals. No paid advertising has been used.

    As for the site itself it is about 90% unique with the sites design, images, and text being created by me. The domain is a semi-premium domain as it is a PR5, under 14 characters, and is itself a generic search term. The only thing keeping it from being a true premium domain is its traffic and link popularity which can be improved with a little work.

    The site currently is getting traffic from the following keywords

    For those that PM'd me the site is back up. My host was having some problems caused by the winter storm going through the area. I also have a PM offer of $1400 at sitepoint and another offer with amount yet to be specified.

    *AdSense Revenue the past few months
    *Traffic graphs for the past few months till now
    *How long is the PR a 5 already?
    *Did you try any other revenue generator?

    Here are yesterdays adsense stats for the site that show the channel smbgames. As you can see the earnings are still climbing. I also have one PM offer for $1550 and 3 other BIN offers (2 on sitepoint) all from about the same time last night. I will choose the winner by 7pm centeral time tonight when I get home for all still interested.
