    I have been made an offer for my PR5 Forum which makes about 400/mo in revenue, gets about 5,000 uniques per month, and has 100,000 pages indexed in google.

    There are 3,000 members and 250,000 posts.

    I have been offered a figure in the low xx,xxx range and am just seeing before I sell if people would pay around the same or more.
