Best offer gets SWRM.info a PR5 domain registered in 2009:

    Backlinks: http://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/search?p=http://swrm.info&fr=sfp&bwm=i

NOTE: For some reason digitalpoint and the pagerank checkers say this website has 0 or 8 backlinks, that's not true. Check for your self manually with yahoo. Maybe there is a bug with the yahoo api? But the domain clearly has 550 backlinks.

Registered at godaddy, free push to your account.

I will accept the best offer, no reserve, $150 buy it now.

Winner will be chosen in the next 24-48 hours

    Payment via paypal only.

It will not lose it's PR, I have had this domain since February when I purchased it via godaddy auctions and it has retained it's PR in the past 2 updates:

It will 100% loose his PR, last PR update is 4 months ago and the site has no strong BL to get again PR5 (only my opinion) - and there was only ONE PR update since you get
it from GoDaddy auction and not 2 PR updates in this time.

I've dealt with hundreds of auction house domains from places like godaddy/snapnames/namejet long enough to know which ones will drop in PR and which ones will not, this domain will not drop it's PR and I'm so confident that if it does the buyer has the right to request a full refund AND keep the domain.
