Selling a PR5 Domain in high Mortgage Refinance niche.
I was going to work on it, but never had time to due to my other websites. Since I've already put the initial work on getting its PR reputation up, I'm putting it here on sale for someone to make money off of it (link sale? Affiliate?).
Anyways here's the site. The winner will receive the domain only + the front page.

I had various subpages, but I strip it back down to the basic so the winner can build whatever they want with it.

    PR5: http://www.easymortgagerefinances.com/
    PR4: http://www.easymortgagerefinances.com/rates
    PR5: http://www.easymortgagerefinances.com/los-angeles-ca/mortgage-refinance

    High CPC:
    Mortgage Refinance - 246,000 global search - $9.38 CPC
    Mortgage Refinance Rates - 49,500 searches - $9.07 CPC
    And tons more.

I'll push the domain from 1and1 to your 1and1 account. It's free to open one and 1and1.com seems to be the cheapest plus they offer free private reg.

Is there currently any traffic - is there a reason why you do not currently have Adsense on it?

Assume there's no traffic since I haven't done any SEO for the site yet. I have over 35 sites and only about 10 is generating incomes. I realize I make more money focusing on fewer sites than spread my time over many sites.
Adsense is usually recommended after you get a decent SERP ranking.
