3 easy steps to determine PR of a domain

1) Check data centers (for eg on a site like digpagerank.com, returns the value of PR but doesnot tell you if its fake PR)

2) check info:bcfacts.org.com in google search box (if it a redirect the redirected domain comes up, in this case www.environmentalleadership.org/ comes up.)

3) check googles cache of the domain name (cache:bcfacts.org, again redirects)

Guys - it has a domain a redirect, but the PR is NOT fake. Come on, it has direct links from sites like Canada's Sierra Club, Sightline, and many other high profile sites. For example, check out this PR 5 backlink:

Sure, many of those will disappear over time when the domain owners realize BCFacts.org is a different site, or when the current owner's paid links expire, but if you put up a site that has facts about British Columbia, it won't be hard to maintain the PR.
