    Thanks for the clarification jewellery. Personally I would throw something on there versus "coming soon" to help protect it's listings ... maybe "We are currently revamping this site to make it better for you" to give the impression that it's a re-work in progress maybe.

    Yes, looks like the domain has been reported to the dmoz editors and taken off (although strangely it's still there if you use their search option). Sorry folks, I will cancel the auction unless anyone still wants to buy the domain for it's PR value and other links.

    I think it may be a bit premaure to cancel your auction. While it appears that the listing has been removed (the category update date is Feb. 18, 2006), there could be a number of clones that will not update their listings.

    There are a number of other sites which link to this domain and it looks like it will be stable for awhile.

    MSN backlinks: 228
    Google backlinks: 501

    I withdrew my bid as my primary interest was the directory listing.
