    Domain is a little more than a month old. How did you manage to get it up so quickly? I ask not for your 'secret', but once sold is the domain likely to plummet in PR?

    I bought this domain at NameCheap Marketplace about 2 weeks ago.. there is no 'secrets' :) and to be honest.. this is an expired domain (with PR) and available to register 1 month ago.

    ...Once google updating the PR, each PR domain may go up, stay or drop.. for me, the key how to make the PR stronger is to upgrade the backlinks quality.. get backlinks from other higher PR sites...
