I'm selling my PR5 general directory. It has never been promoted anywhere else than DP. Never really tried to monetize it, as you can also see regular links are for free. I sold 2 featured links this week, for $8 each, with zero promotion.

Domain was acquired via backordering. Domain is 4 years old and a valid PageRank 5. Registered on 2003-04-11, at NetworkSolutions. Free push is available.

The directory runs on phpld 2.1, and uses a free template. There are currently 3288 links submitted to the directory.

It has a sponsored link on a WordPress theme which you can see below, you can expect many backlinks from it as it's being promoted on many sites;

Revenue Details:

Never tried to monetize it, but still sold 2 featured listings this week, for 8 bucks each. Assume none. You can make a good amount of revenue if you try to monetize the site though.

I don't think there are inner PR pages. It has been a PR5 for about 5 months now I guess. This is an auction and I decreased the starting bid to $500 to start it off fast. You can bid on SP.

 

How did you get PR5 with no backlinks in google ? as the site allways been a directory ? what is the lowest price you would take ?

 

Like I said, it was acquired with backordering. I haven't had it for 5 months, but as I analyzed it has been PR5 for 5 months now. The current bid is $500 at SP, so I'd not take something lower than that.
