    So apart from being PR5 this holds no value? No traffic? The domain name is ituliderlerzirvesi.org & that's a terrible domain name... so if I place zero value on Pagerank - why is this worth $300?

    I couldn't remember the domain of this site if my life depended on it.... No idea how that got to PR5 in page rank, I'm willing to bet its in the network of other sites you have and the PR is going away a few months after you hand it out... Lets try to be more realistic on this price. :)

    That's why I said I place zero value in Pagerank... pagerank means next to nothing.

    Exactly... I wonder if the O.P can explain the domain name.
