Pr5 Directory of Directories

    I am selling the pr5 directory www.dirdir.org it was ones of the first to cover this niche. It was pr6 but falled on last update to 5. I highly promoted it on the begining and it was getting 100 visits a day. Now it is just getting 15-20 a day.
    After June 30 I got some issues with paypal and couldn't get payments, so I turned adding links off. Now it is on again as I have recovered my paypal account, but I don't want to start promoting again.
    Skin is custom, and I even paid for link removal for the script on footer.
    The directory has got great directory strength, we can see for example that we are ranking second for keywords "ask directory" (they are not competitive, but owner has submitted to many dirs, dirdir appears over them). http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&rls=GGGL,GGGL:2006-27,GGGL:es&q=ask+directory&btnG=Search
