Just wondering where your finding the backlinks?

I'm only showing BL's from DigiPoint/NamePros and the domain URL itself, this is searching for the URL without any Google operators which normally yields more results.

Do you have a rough figure in mind? I am interested however have a feeling the PR will drop dramatically within the next couple of weeks when PR updates. Unless of course there's some high PR BL's i'm just not seeing.

 

The PR has just dropped from a 5 to a 3 since this was posted so the update has already been done for this site, the site has so much potential, I will have to check it with bonzer as to a minimum price we'll accept for it.

We have done zero promotion on this site for about 8 months but with a little TLC this can be a superb domain, with the title it has all the right ingredients.

I haven't seen a blog entry on a pr update on seologs yet, so i dont think there was a pr update.

Well mate just before bonzer posted this thread we both checked the PR through multiple DataCenters and came back with 97% showing a PR of 5, since then it has gone down to a PR of 3.

We are two honest people and always tell it how it is, this is an established site that has had zero promotion for 8 months and it has only just dropped to a PR3 from a PR5.

We know the potential of this domain name.

Please remember that we also own www.videositescript.com and that also is open to offers.

So for a decent arcade or video script we have them both covered.

 

No, im not calling you a liar im just asking if you have proof of a pr update, i mean sometimes it does happen when pr drops for one domain and not for the entire lot.

The site was showing as a PR5 when we listed it (me and bonzer are stat fanatics and regularly check all of our sites) and now it is showing through the board as a PR3, when previously it was showing PR5.

So that is telling us that there has been a change of PR for this domain.

But as we said we haven't even promoted it for 8 months so the new owner has a lot of potential. As it contains Arcade, Game and Script (plus a .com, the daddy ) in the title it is an absolute winner for getting picked up.
