Are you using some other stats tracker as well or are these the stats you are talking about because I cant find a day where it hit 1200 and the average is in the 794.

I am very interested and will make an offer but please clarify for me.

Also any other advertising besides exactseek? If so where and for how much.

That extreme tracker is there just to be nothing else.
Its a javascript piece of code and it misses alot of hits as everyone knows it.
Yes Im using google analytics for this awstats and another software.
No besides exactseek theres no other advertising.

I think my bid of $975 is very reasonable. I value arcades at around 8 times their monthly revenue from ad networks. $975 includes a hefty premium to account for the modding you have done and the pagerank.

PR5 on an arcade site is very easy to achieve because of the number of pages a site has and because link trades are easy too.

Anyway, its a nice site (but you are over valuing it) and good luck with the sale
