I second sukantab. its because Seologs check site PR with Google listings and if the domain is listed in Google then it gives it a valid PR otherwise not. if you check Google for this domain also, you will find that this domain is not listed on Google... so Seologs is giving it a fake one.

pls check this url for its Google Listing : Click HERE

This site generates revenue, there is no two ways around that.

Those who continue to focus on the PR aspect will lose out on a good opportunity. Check the history on the domain, http://www.ezywhois.com/oraclegrapevine.com - even if I wanted to fake the PR, there wouldn't have been enough time. Fact is, I bought it from someone on DPF as he had expired domains and turned it around to a money generator. Check my itrader if you have any doubts and review my continued post about this situation. As I state in my original post and everyone following it, this site has potential and revenue and if you want to keep the PR5, you have to keep the link trades going, period, end of story.

The current high bidder is $60 and in the past few days I've made almost $60 on the site itself so for those who want to focus on pointing out what has already been pointed out countless times, be my guest.

Thank you and happy bidding people.

You know what's funny is I bought this domain as a PR5 based on this

    http://www.iwebtool.com/pagerank_checker?domain=www.oraclegrapevine.com

and didn't give it a second thought and neither did anyone who bought the links at the great deal it was.

I am going to close the auction and let it be, promote the site some more and made twice as much money on it then sell it at 5x the current bid when it does update to a PR5 you can see on google which should take about two weeks at which point this nonsense that people talk about wont be an issue.

Thanks for the consideration anyway, just figured I'd try to give someone a good deal.

BTW, $20 in sales today, not too shabby.

Thanks anyway all but I am closing this auction as the current bidders don't want it anymore which is certainly their right. Thanks all.
