t2000q, as I stated, the PR5 value is based on the Google Servers as you can see in the link provided, the forged results as you speak of are based on the info:www.oraclegrapevine.com and site:www.oraclegrapevine.com values on google. I don't hide that fact in any way.

As I stated in the original post, the buyer must continue trading links and posting links on other sites to maintain the PR5 value, otherwise, it will drop from all the other servers.

As I stated, unlike so many sites that get sold here, the one thing I do is guarantee the traffic and revenue results as they are real, period. The PR5 value is real based on the fact that this was at one point an active site but the company let it expire and I bought it from someone else and that's what people are getting here.

I myself have purchased many sites here and there is no words for the frustration to find out that the revenue and traffic numbers are fake and I would otherwise not be party to that. Check my feedback, the one resonating trend is fast, direct and professional which is what this offer is.

I don't think something like that on this site could continue if the links are perminant and I don't think the links would really have much value since it looks like a link farm to me. Oh, and btw, the more out-bound links on the page the less value the page is to google. Buying a link there wouldn't help much.

 

kenigmatic - while the vast majority of the site is automated, placing keywords is not. The reason being as you can imagine, you don't want some offensive type of listings. Your keyword is live now.

Ultimately I have seen tons of sights on DFP promise the world and then some only to fall short. I know, I bought a few of them This is not that.

Ultimately, this is just one of many domains I have sitting around and don’t want to spend the time to work on it. Will it make a fortune? Nope, but it will make some more money and ultimately is a good site. I know I used it to add to link packages and much more. Also, if the buyer takes the time to build up and add links to the site, there is a lot of good potential, heck, they can even convert it into something later on and keep the word cloud but who knows.
